Woven Edge Greenhouse Plastic Film Sheet Orchard Rain Cover

Product Description

Product Description

This film is made from HDPE with about 8% anti-aging additive. It is made by a middle weaving process and coated on both sides. The film is strong, not easy to tear, and stays stable even after long outdoor use.

On the normal woven film, we add a thick and tight woven edge. The edge is more compact and tougher, so it can handle more pulling. It works well for orchard rain covers where you pull, fix, and roll the film many times. The edge does not crack or peel easily.

The material is waterproof, sun-resistant, and aging-resistant. It helps growers keep cherries, grapes, blueberries from cracking in rainy days. It keeps the fruit surface dry and reduces disease. We can also make the whole roll into finished rain cover pieces based on your orchard size and structure. Size and details can be customized. Easy to install, long service life, low maintenance.

Good for growers who want stable yield and better fruit quality.

Rain Shelter Options

We can take the HDPE tight-woven edge film and process it into any rain cover the customer needs. Size, material, and the whole structure can be customized in many ways.

The reinforced-edge rain cover is made by taking the HDPE tight-woven edge film and finishing it with hemming and grommets. We then process it according to the customer's required size, weight, and shape, producing a fully customized rain shelter.

Based on the HDPE tight-woven edge film, an additional 5 cm reinforced layer is added along the edges to make the rain cover stronger. This reinforced section allows grommet punching directly on the 5 cm band, making it convenient to secure the cover with C-hooks, S-hooks, or elastic ropes.

We put holes in the HDPE edge film where the customer wants. This lets air move better after we cover the vineyard. Less moisture, less condensation, so less chance of disease. The holes also spread light more even, less shady spots. The cover stays put in wind, doesn't puff up or fly. All in all, holes make the vineyard more airy and dry, easier to manage and pick.

Application

Open-Arch Rain Shelter

Fully Automated Open-Arch Rain Shelter

This one is light and easy to put up. Just pull it over the orchard rows and it sits there like a simple arch. Air moves through fine, so the trees don't get trapped heat or moisture. Mostly used for grapes, cherries, and other fruits that really don't like sudden rain. Light still gets in, ventilation stays good, and it keeps the fruit from getting wet at the wrong time.

This is basically the same arch style but with a system that opens and closes by itself, or you can do it by hand if you want. Good for fruits that react fast to weather changes. You open it when sun is strong, close it when the sky looks bad. Helps cut fruit cracking and just makes orchard work easier because you don't need to run around every time it rains.

Fully Enclosed Rain Cover

Arch Rain Shelter

This one wraps the orchard all the way around—top and sides. Blocks wind, rain, dust, and even some pests. Many people use it for grapes, cherries, berries, citrus. It keeps the growing conditions more steady, especially when the weather gets crazy. Just makes the fruit grow in a calmer environment, less stress on both the plants and the grower.

A small and simple shelter for small plots or young trees. Light to carry, easy to move, nothing complicated. Mainly for short-term rain protection for strawberries, blueberries, grapes, kiwis and similar crops. When rain comes, you throw it on; when it's done, you take it off. Just a basic, practical cover to get through bad weather.
