Material and Process
Made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) or linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE), with anti-ultraviolet (UV) masterbatch and carbon black pigment added to ensure long-term weather resistance.
Produced through extrusion molding process, the pipe wall is uniform and smooth, the inner wall friction coefficient is low, and the water flow resistance is small.
Structural Features
Non-porous design: The main pipe itself does not directly discharge water, but only serves as a water delivery pipeline. It needs to be connected to the branch pipe or drip irrigation belt with dripper through accessories (such as tees, bypasses, joints, etc.).
Black appearance: The carbon black coating effectively blocks direct sunlight, inhibits the growth of algae and microorganisms in the pipe, and reduces the risk of blockage.
Connection method
Supports a variety of connection methods: plug-in joints (suitable for small diameters), socket hot-melt welding (suitable for large diameters), flange connections (for high-pressure systems).
Matching sealing rings, throat clamps and other accessories ensure that the connection is sealed reliably and leak-proof.
