Waterproof 2.2×9m Clear Roof Sheet for Rain Protection Plastic Sheet

Product Description

Product Description

Clear reinforced woven cover film for orchard cherry trees

This woven film is made from HDPE with about 8% anti-aging stuff mixed in. It's made by weaving the middle layer and coating both sides, so the sheet feels tough and not easy to tear. It's mainly for orchard use. It keeps rain out, blocks strong sun a bit, and holds up for a long time even when the weather changes a lot.

Most growers use it because it's simple to put on the frames and doesn't cost too much for the amount of fruit it saves. Works well for cherries, grapes, blueberries, anything that hates rain at the wrong time. It helps the fruit stay clean, dry, and not crack, so the harvest becomes more stable and the fruit looks better. Just a practical cover that does the job without fuss.

Rain Shelter Options

Our rain shelters are available in a variety of styles and can be fully customized in size, material, and design to meet customer needs.

Reinforced-Edge Woven Film

This film is built for places where the wind is always giving trouble. The edges are made thicker and stronger, so they don't rip when the weather gets rough. Compared with normal woven film, this one just lasts longer and holds up better in bad seasons. Good for rain shelters or anything that needs to stay out there a long time without falling apart. Not fancy, just reliable and saves money because you don't have to change it all the time.

Black-Edge Woven Cherry Rain Cover

This rain cover uses UV-treated polyethylene with a strong laminated woven layer, so the sheet feels tough and doesn't tear easily. The black edging keeps it from fraying and gives it a cleaner look, but the main thing is it holds up longer in the orchard. Cherry growers like it because once it's up, it stays steady through sun, rain, and wind. A simple and durable cover that protects the fruit and doesn't need much attention.

Black & White Dual-Sided Woven Film

This one is mainly for cherries too. The white side throws back the sunlight so the fruit doesn't burn, and the black side keeps a bit more warmth when the weather cools. The woven structure makes it strong, so it can handle rain, wind, and long days under the sun. Air still moves around, so it doesn't get too hot inside. Works well when the weather keeps changing and you just need something stable over the trees.

Reinforced-Edge Tight Woven Rain Shelter for Grapes

This film is made tighter and thicker along a 5 cm edge, so you get more strength without having to hem or punch holes. You just cut a small hole wherever you need it and tie it with hooks or ropes. Saves time and labor when installing across a vineyard. Even without hemming, the edge still holds strong against wind and tearing. It's a practical, cost-saving option for grape growers who need something durable but easy to use.

Application

Cherry Orchard Rain Shelter Feedback

Helps keep the cherry trees dry when the weather turns bad. After using it, the fruit doesn't crack as much, even when it rains at the wrong time. The cherries look better and come out more even. Overall the harvest feels more stable. Just makes the season a lot less stressful because you don't lose fruit overnight from one sudden rain.

Vineyard Rain Shelter Feedback

Keeps the grapes dry but still lets air go through, so the vines don't stay damp for too long. This really cuts down mildew. The grapes ripen more steady and the sweetness comes out better. Yield also goes up because you lose fewer bunches. Simple setup, but it makes a clear difference once the rainy days start.
